  • Sign in using the provided test credentials for Sandbox testing.
  • Confirm the one-time password (OTP) as prompted in the Sandbox environment.

Failure to configure or monitor webhooks may result in incorrect order statuses, delayed fulfillment, or reconciliation issues.

Refunds & Cancellations Handling

Refunds and cancellations for Tamara transactions must be managed through PayTabs.

  • Refunds should be initiated using the PayTabs APIs or Merchant Portal, based on the merchant’s setup.
  • Merchants must not attempt to process refunds or cancellations directly via Tamara.
  • PayTabs will coordinate the refund status and reconciliation with Tamara as part of the payment flow.

Support & Escalation Matrix

For any integration, testing, or production-related support:

  • Merchants should first contact their PayTabs Account Manager or Integration team.
  • The PayTabs team will act as the primary point of contact and will engage Tamara Support if required.
  • Direct escalation to Tamara by merchants is not required unless explicitly advised by PayTabs.
