Step 1: Open the disputes list

On the Tamara Partners Portal left sidebar menu, under Disputes then Action required tab. There you will find the different dispute cases that need to be resolved.

Step 2: Choose the dispute

Then click on the dispute case to see the case details or click on Respond button to directly respond on the case, you will then be redirected to the case details page.

Step 3: Choose Respond to the dispute

On the case details page, click on Respond button.

Step 4: Choose your action

A pop up will appear, then select “I already fulfilled this order!" option.

Step 5: Add your challenge comment and upload related documents

Fill in the dispute comment and upload any supporting documents, then select the Submit button,

Dispute will move to Under Review status, Tamara team will review the dispute and respond accordingly.
