Challenge a disputed order

This page details a step-by-step guide on how to challenge a disputed order with the necessary proof and supporting documents.

Step 1: Open the disputes list

On the Tamara Partners Portal left sidebar menu, click on Disputes. There you will find all the dispute cases with different statuses.

Step 2: Choose the dispute

From the filters, choose “Awaiting merchant response”. Determine the dispute case you want to challenge and click on “View Case”, you will then be redirected to the case details page.

Step 3: Choose Respond to the dispute

On the case details page, click on the Respond button.

Step 4: Choose your action

A pop up will appear, then select “I’ve already fulfilled this order!" option.

Step 5: Add your challenge comment and upload related documents

Fill in the dispute comment and upload any supporting documents, then click on Submit.

Dispute will move to Under Review status, Tamara team will review the dispute and respond accordingly.
