Order Management
This section covers order management of Tamara paid orders directly from WooCommerce Admin Panel
Order Status Mapping(by default)
WooCommerce Status | Tamara Status |
---|---|
Processing (Once the customer completes the payment for the order and waits for fulfilment). This status should be set when the customer completes the process for the order on Tamara's website. | Authorised (Once authorization is done, it means the customer order has been validated). Please do not proceed to the next steps if this status is not reached. |
Cancelled (Once the order is updated to this status on the merchant’s end, it would trigger Tamara’s API to set the order as Cancelled on Tamara) | Canceled (After the authorization, the merchant (or customer) cancelled the order before shipment). |
Shipped or Completed (Once the order is updated to this status on the merchant’s end, it would trigger Tamara’s API to set the order as Captured on Tamara) | Captured (This marks the order as completed. No further action is needed after this, unless the customer wants to refund) |
Refunded (Once an eligible customer requests refund and this is the status that will trigger a full refund to Tamara directly from WooCommerce side) | Fully Refunded (Once order is Fully Refunded, the customer's money paid so far is refunded back and any remaining due installments are removed) |
