Refund Order

We support refunds for Tamara orders from Prestashop as follows:

1. Go to Admin Panel > Customer Service > Merchandise Returns

2. Switch Enable Returns on then click Save button to save the setting

3. From the Orders page click the order you want to refund, it should be already fully captured (shipped in Prestashop)

4. Click Return Product

5. Select All items to accomplish Full Refund then click Save

6. Order is fully refunded, double check the status in Tamara Partners site.
