The partner's portal allows you to manage any action related to your store. You can view your settlements, manage your orders, register to webhooks, and more.
This portal has been created for you as a one-stop shop for any action related to Tamara.
Your account credentials are sent to your email address once you have registered with us and your integration process starts. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it here.

When a customer completes a checkout with Tamara as the payment method, the order will automatically show up in the orders dashboard on the “orders” page with all its relevant details and status.
You can export a list of orders in a CSV file in order to cross-check them with your store dashboard. All you have to do is select the date range of the orders and click on “ Export Orders CSV” .You will receive the file by email. (It might take some time depending on file size).
You can easily refund an order using our partner’s portal. Just search for the order you want to refund either by your reference number or Tamara's reference number and click on the order once it shows up in the order’s table. Once you click on it, it will direct you to the order’s detail page where you will find more information about the order. On the bottom of the page next to order items, you will find the refund button. All you have to do is click on it and enter the amount you want to refund to the customer.

Settlement reports provide a list of orders that were captured, refunded, canceled over a weekly period. The portal generates a different report for each entity registered with us. The report helps you reconcile the deposit made within your bank account and cross-reference them with the orders on your system.
Alongside this report, we also generate a monthly tax invoice. The tax invoice is compliant with the new E-Invoicing Regulation that will be enforced starting December 4, 2021, in KSA. The tax invoice is only applicable to merchants selling in KSA.
Please note that only the tax invoice can be used for tax filing purposes.
You can find those reports on the “Invoices” page on the merchant portal. You can simply download each report by clicking on the “Download button” adjacent to each invoice. You can export a group of invoices by simply selecting the date range of invoices in our filter and then clicking the “Export Invoices” button on the page.

You can create multiple users for your team in the partner's portal. Every user created can have access to certain pages and functionalities as per their need by assigning them a user role that fits them. Head over to our “User Roles” page on the portal to learn more about the different roles and permissions.
In order to add a new user, please head over to the “All Users” page and click on add new user button and fill out the form. After clicking on save, an activation email will be sent to the user’s email to set the password, this link will be valid for 72h only.
If the user didn't activate their email with 72 hours, the admin of the partner’s portal can issue them another activation email.
You can register/subscribe to webhooks and events for your system needs by defining them on the portal so that you can manage them easier.
Head over to the “Webhooks” page to add or edit a webhook. You can register to any event regarding the order status.
